Maui onions are renowned for their distinctive sweet and mild taste. Grown on the slopes of Mount Haleakala, the rich volcanic soil and warm sun create a unique flavor that works well with many different foods.

Maui Onion Sea Salt Uses
The infusion of onion delivers just enough flavor to add a hint of onion to a recipe from foods as simple as popcorn and french fries, to delicious seafood dishes to roasts and soups and, of course, we highly recommend this new flavor to rim the glass of a Bloody Mary!
