Our guided tour provides a look at the art of salt harvesting. Discover how Deep Ocean Water differs from Surface Water in nutrients and mineral make up. Learn about salt’s deep significance in Hawaiian Culture and Hawaii’s Salt Traditions and the history and formation of our coastline. Lastly you will get a chance to taste our many different delicious flavored and smoked salts with fruits and vegetables and enjoy some of our Deep Ocean Magnesium Mineral Water.
