Located on the coastline at Keāhole Point, our farm store is open to the public daily from 9am-4pm and does not require a tour reservation. Stop in for complimentary salt and magnesium tastings, shop our full collection of Kona Sea Salt products, and experience a unique part of Hawaiʻi Island’s deep ocean story.

Taste the Difference of Deep Ocean Salt

Our salt is made right here at the Kona Salt Farm using deep ocean water sourced from 2,200 feet below the surface of the Kona Coast. Through natural solar evaporation, this pristine mineral-rich water is transformed into clean, flavorful Hawaiian sea salt.

Guests are invited to taste our pure, flavored, and smoked salts and learn how each one can be used in everyday cooking, grilling, baking, cocktails, and gifting. Also try our Deep Ocean Magnesium water drops.

We also offer select salts from our salt making colleagues on the island of Moloka’i.
