Our online shopping cart will automatically calculate the weight of your package based on the items you have selected and will be displayed on the order form before you place your order. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

Returns, exchanges, and cancellations

We take great pride in the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied or there was a problem with any of our products, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing info@konaseasalt.com. We will assist with a prompt refund, credit or exchange of any purchases made from our site.

Most orders are shipped the same day or within 8 hours of order placement. Please call 808.326.9301 as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. We will do our best to accommodate any cancellation requests that have not yet been processed or shipped.

Salt FAQ

Our salt is produced and packaged exclusively in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, USA.

High quality North Pacific natural seawater from a depth of over 600 meters is filtered and solar evaporated in protected enclosures. As the seawater concentrates, a brine forms that is allowed to crystallize and form a traditional sea salt. The salt is then hand-harvested from the remaining brine and allowed to drain naturally.

No. Our salt contains no anti-cracking agents, free-flowing additives, conditioners, or any other additives.

Yes we do test our salt, magnesium and our water source for mineral composition, heavy metals and microbiology. We also test our water source for microplastics.
