We use a solar evaporation process on our oceanfront farm in Kona. After deep ocean water is drawn up from 2,200 feet, it’s evaporated slowly in evaporation tunnels under the Hawaiian sun. No artificial heat, no processing chemicals.

Our salt maker carefully monitors the crystallization and harvests by hand at the perfect moment to ensure texture, mineral retention, and flavor.

Our deep ocean water comes from a protected marine zone off the coast of Kona, Hawaiʻi, part of the Hawai‘i Ocean Science and Technology Park (HOST). It’s drawn from a depth where:
